The ProLine® 40-Gallon Mobile Home Direct Vent Natural Gas Water Heater is convertible for propane and natural gas and is designed and to meet a wide range of needs of Manufactured Housing installations. Featuring a 40-gallon (nominal) tank and a 32,000 BTU gas burner, the FMDV-40 Direct Vent delivers a first hour rating of 57 gallons and a recovery rate of 33 gallons per hour. It carries a 6-year limited tank warranty, and meets Low NOx emission requirements.
