A. O. Smith Receives Fifth Plumbing Vendor of the Year Recognition by Winsupply

Winsupply, one of the nation’s largest wholesalers, has named A. O. Smith Vendor of the Year in the Plumbing Finished Goods category for the fifth time. Winners were announced during this year’s annual meeting and vendor showcase in Dallas. The event welcomed more than 1,800 attendees to the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center March 13-18. A. O. Smith was one of 10 vendors that took home a top recognition. Other categories included HVAC, Plumbing Rough-In, Industrial, Electrical and Pumps.
“We were honored to receive this prestigious award for the fifth time," said Phil McAfee, A. O. Smith national accounts manager. “It’s a great conference that we look forward to every other year and to end the show on such a high note was truly an honor. It speaks to our relationship with Winsupply and the trust they’ve put in us as a vendor."
It was also an opportunity for manufacturers and vendors to meet with representatives from more than 600 Winsupply locations across the country. Winsupply representatives decide who they want to meet with throughout the day. McAfee said he and his team met with 60 company presidents and managers in one day.
